HCSO Suspect Sought in Child Abuse Case
Well, let's see what good 'ol PG does with him now.....
ReplyDeleteY-y-yep. Can't divert this one into drug court.
ReplyDeleteDo actually have any idea of what you're talking about or do these completely ignorant comments just fall out of your mouth (through your fingers) with no control?
ReplyDeleteYou must realize you lose credibility when you make such ridiculous statements. For you to suggest that the DA office would divert a case where a child sustained traumatic injury to a drug diversion program is just simply ignorant.
You're right - he can simply offer the guy a polygraph.
ReplyDelete7:00 PM-Paul, is that you?
ReplyDeleteYou know what, it wasn't Paul. The person that wrote it was, according to EPD and HCSO--and the pre-Paul DDA's--one of the best people who worked in the county.
ReplyDeleteCall Keat, Fleming, or Cardoza. Dare you.
Eh, Paul has his defenders.
ReplyDeleteI'll be clear. The reason I make the snide remark is because of Paul's remarks to a Trinidad gathering, where he was more concerned about the supposed 'multiple personalities' of a man who severely beat his baby - wondering which of the personalities he would prosecute - I say it because of what Paul has done to the Victim Witness and CAST/SART programs and special units - I say it because he throws the full weight of the law against a Sean Marsh Penny O'Gara, and then throws a half-hearted poke at the real criminals - I say it because of the most recent case where he offers to let the convicted murderer plead if he can pass a lie detector test - I say it because of his idiotic remarks on the radio when running for re-election - that he prefers not to let the DDAs specialize, he likes to keep them shuffled up, and inefficient - for these and so many reasons, I make that snide remark.... pretty gentle by my standards, there are much harsher things i could say.
Time and time again he has had the chance to do good. And he never does.
