Bodhi Tree End Game

Note: Chiv often posts early details of court proceedings, and then fleshes the story out later in the day, so it is recommended that you check back, to catch the full post, and the full flavor of the proceedings...

  1. Who put that guy on a beat? Shouldnt he take grammer and logic classes first? I swear, half of his titles have grammatical errors and 99% of his "commentary" is not understandable. Seriously, a college student could do a hundred times better.

    1. When you decide to donate your time and get public information, you can bitch.

      Until then deal with it.

    2. The public information is out there. The justice/ prison system is out of control. Our general population has so lost faith in liberty that it allows beaurocrats to come into our homes and our persons and arrest us for victimless "crimes". The drug war has decimated black and hispanic communities across the country, costed taxpayers trillions of dollars and turned our once free country into a police state where a steady stream of poor people are needed to funnel through our for profit "justice" system.

We dont need a tool like chiv. We need a revolutionary, like Buddha or Jesus. One who can discuss justice, not cheer for vengeance.

  2. Then let's see one do it.

    Under the same conditions.

  3. 10:06 the only tool is you. Chiv must be exposing some truths. There seems to be an effort by tools like you working hard to silence him.

The prison system is out of control of the greed and misinformation perpetuated by radical libs that have done zip to help the poor and minorities.

EPIC, Baykeeper and Coastal Commission bureaucrats can start by not suing everyone they disagree with. Fire them all, EPIC and Baykeeper would have no salaries if it was not for lawsuits.

Government lifelong career employees can start by not holding salary negotiations hostage and sacrifice some pay raises so the front line employee can do more than just get by.

Greedy drug lords and lawyers making money off the criminal justice system can be held accountable by tools like you.

The only tool is you trying to distract from PVG's special deals with his lawyer buddies.

  4. Wait, let me get this straight...drug lords are the ones making money off of the justice system? Hold on, I'm still laughing on the floor. Did you pass the third grade?

We have a FOR PROFIT prison system in the United States. ops, lawyers, prison guards and wall street make money off of the system. Tools like you perpetuate the taking away of our liberties by staying completely uneducated and angry and its frankly disgusting.

  5. 9:45 no tools like you want to do whatever you like with no consequences.

Follow the law and you will not have a problem.

Hear that, Paul? Paul? Hello? Oh dear, better call Ms. Jackson again, seems the DA is up to his usual slackitudinous shenanigans.

One of these days a judge, and it could be Reinholtsen, is going to give Paul what he deserves. Which is several thousand dollars in personal sanctions, and a strong report of unethical, illegal conduct to the Professional Conduct Committee. And Mr. Curtis and Mr. Sanders might get an "honorable" mention, too.

  7. 4:26 you want to clue the rest of us in on what you are blathering about?

  8. Check Chiv's update on PVG's latest attempt to do an illegal deal. Then, may be, YOU can blather. Dimwit.

  9. Go to Chiv's site - I've linked it in the top post.

Very interesting, very sneaky attempt at judge-shopping, looks like.

Whose 'priorities' are out of whack? Stands out like a sore thumb.

Wow! A+ for framing. Crime through "radical" libs via law suits to Baykeeper in two sentences. Bravo!

If we the public understand this little truth - we are all good people, (ie not criminals for one) advocating for a better future. That little truth, accepted by both sides, would shift the ground below politics.

Problem is, our campaigns are addicted to negative advertising and our politics is addicted to good v evil arguments. It's good v good - we just have different perspectives.

  11. To some degree, I agree with you. Jon. Or I used to. But Baykeeper and the other predatory litigious orgs are not altruistic monks, they are new age con men.

Not to call it out is to allow it to perpetuate.

You can wish we'd all just make believe they are altrusistic monks, with only good intentions in their heart all you want. that ceased to be the case when they learned how to make money by threatening to sue in order to garner protection money. It's a shakedown, and the 'grassroots good guys' cloak can't hide it.

    Sorry.

Sometimes, things really are just - wrong.

  12. Besides filing lawsuits, when has EPIC or Baykeeper paid their bills by their own efforts?

Keep being the tool you are libtard jon
