Warren held to answer on pair of murder charges

He is being held to answer on two counts of murder, two counts of attempted pre-meditated murder, and two special allegation charges for lying in wait and torture. If convicted he could receive the death penalty or life in prison without the possibility of parole. - KIEM (Video report, not embeddable)

  1. Excellent. Fine with me if PVG goes out on a win if this non-human can be sent away for ever. I mean, one killing is on audio/video, how hard can it be?

  2. This individual deserves the Death Penalty. Watch his defense attorney insure that the case goes to trial before Gallegos leaves, because of the fear that a newly elected DA will seek the Death Penalty. Soft on crime Gallegos would never seek the Death Penalty.
