  3. It ain't Stoen's fault he believed in a bunch of bull for a little while. That's good if you are a lawyer, right?

  4. Rose, you might worry about the Israelis militants who have the same Jonestown/Waco/Gottdammurung madness syndrome running around in their heads. Jewish Jonestown was called Masada and that's where Jews were willing to kill their children besides themselves lest they be converted by the Roman pagans and lose Jewish identity, i.e. the same mindset that Jim Jones had wishing to protect his colony from those he thought would destroy it by killing everyone before they got there.

Unfortunately for us and the world, Israelis have nukes and they've already said they'll use them in nuclear suicide attack if Israel's existence is threatened. These are the folks you admire, Rose, yet you are all over Jim Jones and Tim Stoen for the same mental illness. Something you might think about next time before condemning Palestinians for wanting these dangerous European creeps out of their land.

  5. Stephen,
As usual, you are a few fries short of a happy meal. You would doubtless spin a publication of the local tide tables to suit your Jew hatred.

Masada was the last holdout in a civil uprising against Roman rule in Judea. The emperor Titus ordered Flavius Silva to reduce the garrison using any means necessary. The usual Roman policy of slaying all combatants and enslaving non combatants was to be followed. Religious conversion at that time had no impact on Roman military policy. They did not concern themselves with the religion of slaves.

I would suggest you read the historian Josephus on the subject.
Oh, I'm sorry. As a Jew he would naturally lie.

  6. Stephen, honestly I have said all I have to say about the Israel/Palestinian thing. I have zero sympathy for people who strap suicide vests on their teenagers and send them out to murder women and children on buses and in pizza parlors. Zero respect for people who produce nothing except bombs to blow up their own children, and zero respect for professional victimhood. For the last time, all the Palestinians have to do is lay down the weapons, which they have promised to do in any number of treaties and peace accords, they always renege, never keep their promises, and never work towards peace.

End of topic. There are other blogs and forums for this topic where you can converse with people who are much more knowledgeable and passionate about the issue.

I have too many friends who are directly affected by this issue to EVER have any sympathy for the side you have adopted.

  7. Rose, your tape recorded response reflecting European racism is not appreciated. Please stop it. Palestinians are victims of colonial aggression and occupation. The indigenous populations of every country have every right to defend themselves against foreign invasion.
Yes, the indigenous populations of the New World, Australia, NZ, Africa, did not have the means to stop European racist invaders but this is the 21st century, Rose, and such barbaric behavior is no longer fit for civilized peoples, including Americans like you. So please stop your expressions of racism against Arab Muslims which is matched by your racism against Native Americans. You have no idea what it is like to have your country invaded and take over by foreigners who will kill you if you resist.

As for Masada, the Jonestown, Waco, mentality is the same that is willing to kill innocent children for the sake of protecting a religious ideal. Romans were not in the habit of slaughtering whole communities but they, just like the FBI, would use maximum force to kill the leaders and with them, as with Waco, innocent children. But the primary responsibility falls on the Jewish adults at Masada for being willing to sacrifice their children rather than accept defeat.

  8. Stephen - I'm saying this is not the place for this discussion. Period.

  9. Rose,

Good luck. He will turn your blog into an anti-semitic sewer if you let him. Ask Eric K.

  10. Rose, if you keep throwing out your prejudices against Palestinians and Native Americans you have only yourself to blame for receiving negative responses. I have Amnesty International, the U.N. and now a host of nations condemning those people you seem to idolize who are so utterly greedy for another people's land they can't stop taking it even with worldwide condemnation.

Just saying..that's what your posts elicit as a response so it's up to you to not post your prejudices here if you don't want any flak for provoking my responses.

  13. Stephen Lewis is indeed a boa fide nutcase. Ever since he sold out his friends in the environmental movement he's specialized in annoying everyone in sight. He specializes in Jews and will fill blogs right and left, spewing out anti-semitic filth worthy of the Third Reich. Unfortunately, this is not an exaggeration.

  14. I love Rose and Rose loves me. We are good friends and yet as you see we can and do hold very different views on some subjects. This is what that old Christian love your neighbor allows when people are descent with each other and they know, like family knows, that sometimes tempers flare but in the end, love conquers all. I just want Rose to love the people I love as much as I love them like she wants me to love the people she loves as much as she does. We're both trying to protect people we love. It ain't always easy but this is life and it's great!

  15. Rose and I do agree that people who try to slander your name and reputation in public as anon 5:57 comment apply demonstrates, these types have taken themselves out of the community love loop and can only be forgiven for their sins by a Higher Power with greater tolerance for creeps than we can muster.
