Well, where is she?

◼ Cryptic Hostage Note Left on Willow Creek Windshield Leads Cops to Grow Scene - LoCo

On 09-08-2015 at 12:20 p.m. Humboldt County Sheriff Office Deputies were dispatched to Trinity Automotive in Willow Creek for a suspicious note left on a vehicle. The note was written and signed by a female. The female indicated that her life was in danger and if she did not show up to pick up her car by Monday “To Call the Police!”

The note further indicated she may be being held against her will at an address off the 200 block of Panther Road, Willow Creek. When deputies responded to the address on Panther Road to conduct welfare check they discovered a commercial marijuana growing operation.

A Humboldt County Superior Court search warrant was obtained for the property. The female who left the note on the car was not located at the residence. Several people at the residence stated, she left a day ago on her own free will.

When deputies searched the residence and property they located 2-3 grams of methamphetamines, 160 lbs. of processed marijuana, 278 marijuana plants that were 4’ to 9’ in height. Four (4) firearms and $5,530 in cash.

Deputies arrested 44 year old, Kenneth Richard Ashe at the scene for possession of methamphetamine, cultivation and possession for sales of marijuana and for being armed in the commission of a felony. Ashe was transported to the Humboldt County Correctional Facility in Eureka. Ashe’s bail was set at $75,000 dollars.

Lol! Im sure she is trembling in her boots knowing that some bloggers are looking for her. She has other problems now. Think about it......

The woman triggered an investigation that put some people out about a half million dollars. Don't you think that some people might be angry and do harmful things to her if they can find her? Especially given the possibility that she was being held hostage there! They were already exhibiting violent behavior. Don't put anything past people like that. Also, a half million dollar operation isn't run alone. There must be partners who would off her.

Yeah, it's troubling. She was in fear for her life. LEO should be looking for her, and let's hope she is alive, and not on Murder Mountain.

One weeps for Max Cardoza who won Angellel, and for Maggie Fleming who won so many impossible victories. Mired in Humboldt for personal reasons, they have to suffer the ignominy of working for Paul, with Yougo, yes, yougo who has freed more people as a prosecutor than he did as a defense attorney. Gallegos has answers for everything. I’ve never met anyone whose answers came so quickly, with such polish - except about his law school(s). He likely sounded the same way when promising to get prosecutors off their anachronistic “at will” status and onto civil service status. It never happened. In fact, there are a lot of cases that are filed on the assumption they will plead guilty, because of the time and expense involved in defending them.
