Undersheriff William Honsal. CHP was notified that "a subject had planted a device on CAL Fire property on Alderpoint Road. Bomb techs responded. It turned out to be a liquid with no explosive capabilities."

Undersheriff Honsal said that "for safety, the package was exploded in place and evidence collected. It was a homemade package made to look like a bomb."
