The basic gist of the defense argument was trying the cases together would be highly prejudicial to Warren and that they did not believe the evidence was intertwined as DA suggested.

  1. Thank god. According to this post the ghost of Paul Gallegos nearly messed this up. I did not think he was a reliable precedent in the courthouse. Until he becomes a Judge, as Max Cardoza predicts. This is looking more and more likely!

  2. It sounds like you are wishing for Gallegos as a judge. Looking at the fucked up mess he left in the DA's office, why would you even consider that? What rational person wants to see that?

    Remember, were it not for Gallegos' mismanagement, Warren would not have been let out, those women would be alive today. Think about that, and about him having power to let more criminals off easy.
