  1. He doesn't look too comfortable with the invisible wires.

Are you saving all PGs photos so we can see what his face is morphing into? Far from Dorian Grey-he's getting a much bigger forehead and the bags under his eyes are starting to look really scarey.

Maybe too much sun at the beach?

  2. Paul should prosecute those Arkley Nazis and clean up Eureka once and for all.

  3. yeah those 'arkley nazis' who clean up contaminated property and employ hundreds-we don't need no stinkin' jobs!! We can live off welfare and donations like 11:19

  4. hey rose did you know worth dikman LOST

  5. But it must be about time for Salzman's dog to write a brown noser letter to the T-S editor singing Paul's praises....

Right now I'm having amnesia and deja vu at the same time.

  6. 2:40, why do you read Rose's blog if you think it is so immaterial?

It's because you are worried. You don't like the fact that Rose won't let Gallegos and his associates get by with their misdeeds without notice.

  7. 2:40, Dikeman did not lose, the people of Humboldt County did.

Dikeman is happily employed in Lake Tahoe...a vacation destination, which Eureka (aka The Hellhole) is not.

  8. I noticed Paulie did not have an orange jump suit on, yet. And they also forgot the stenciled numbers at the bottom of the picture. Can't wait for Paulie's Daddie to front the money to bail his sorry ass out of jail, because I really don't think the secular - progressive crowd will care anymore. Paulie's a now a huge liability for them. Oh by the way, I wonder what Paulie is going to do about charging EPD with misbehavior? If I'm not mistaken, He has failed to charge any EPD officer with wrong doing re: Cheri Moore, nor Chris Burgess, nor the child molester, and recently Zack.Again, I predict he will hand all cases over to the Grand Jury, cause Paulie doesn't have a chance and wants the Grand jury to take the hit. Remember, he has a responsibility to answer to Dr. Ken"Quack" Miller. Roy

  9. Roy = Rosie

  10. Time to get this blog organized:

Get a checklist from the AGs office of what it would take to oust the bum aka P.G.

Post an outline of what you have here which is obviously too spread out for anyone who can do anything about it to slog through...these guys always count on the executive summary.

When the shit hits the fans pull the plug and develop amnesia.

You deserve some help Rose, ask and ye shall be given. Roy

  11. Hey, 4:47pm Is your name actually Roy or are you passing yourself off as me. Remember, everytime you communicate, you're tracked. Don't you just love modern technology? Roy

  12. Right now I'm having amnesia and deja vu at the same time.

There's a fine line between fishing and just standing on the shore like an idiot.

When you are in it up to your ears, keep your mouth shut.

Wise people think all they say; fools say all they think.

Your true value depends entirely on what you are compared with.

Why do you suppose all the dignitaries came out for Paul's swearing in ceremony-Baykeeper, EPIC...

    Why do you think Rose?

  13. So, Rose--another four years, what can be done of that. Do we just sit by and watch and let Paul do his gig....

Wonder what will happen in the coming months. If the last months are an indicator----may be a little stormy is the call of the day...

Then again he has shown that the ride is like a wave--take in and take out, with small ripples at the end---with nothing that really sturs you. Paul is very good at that.

So, another four years, wonder what is in store for us now. I guess time will only tell.....

    ReplyDelete
  14. Well, you could watch to see if he fulfills his campaign promises - oh, wait - he didn't make any.

He didn't run on his record because his record is so bad - a mass exodus of his staff, a scathing Grand Jury Report (with which he "disagrees, yes I know RSC), the devastating drop in child abuse and domestic violence prosecutions, the astronomical increase in plea bargains.

Why worry, RMostranski. Gallegos "deserves an uninterrupted four-year term" according to the Times Standard, and "We are safer as a community with Paul Gallegos as our District Attorney."

You know - he has a vision...

  15. yes, all bow towards Muktadir Al Pauli and the sadsack army of true believers in "progress". Omar Yougo
    will set you free.

  16. Perhaps you mean "Mullah Yougo?"

  17. EPIC has no dignity.

  18. A recall would be in the best interest of Paul. His fans could get recharged, Salzman could pay his bills, and his true record could be distorted into "crimefighter" once again. Unfortunately, we will have to bide our time, giving him four more years of "record", then, if the conservatives can get their act together and put foreward a candidate WHO CAN WIN, and not a bland cypher like Worth, then Paul will be gone. I personally favor a woman candidate, but legal talent is only a part of what the candidate needs. We are in show biz folks, and the winner against Paul will need to understand that.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Yes, I agree, but who will want to try to run that office after Gallegos has completely run it into the ground?

    ReplyDelete
  20. This is not a liberal/conservative issue.

It is about the best PERSON for the job - one who is capable of running a large law office, one who shows up for work, one who understands the critical working relationship with law enforcement and does not see them as a red light in his rear view mirror, one who is capable of attracting and mentoring competent new attorneys, one who understands the difference between the judicial branch and the legislative branch and know which of those the DA's office is - and most importantly one who is not actin gin the interests of the special interest groups who seek to use the DA's office as a weapon.

But you are right. People want WWF, a showman, and thus far have chosen that over substance.

  21. Continuing from my 9:03 post - Rose, while I respect your sentiments, and in a perfect world you would be right on the money, we don't live in that perfect world, not that we ever did. Humboldt County has joined the rest of the country in that a DA must be as much politician as legal eagle. Rarely does the "best person" win. Just look around you at the local crop of elected officials. And I disagree that whether we like it or not, this specific race has been defined in the public mind as liberal v. conservative. Rose, you can put forward the perfect candidate - talented, hard working, skilled at managing people and an office, a winner in the courtroom... and have Paul in four more years, OR get someone who is 70% to 80% of those things and WIN. True believers, whether Democrat or Republican, would rather whine from the sidelines, then settle for someone who is mostly on board with their positions and gets elected. Only when your candidate is elected and in power can things be really changed. Change rarely happens from the outside.

  22. I agree. People want entertainment. WWF

    ReplyDelete
  23. Well Paul Gallegos certainly provides some entertainment.

What kind of show will he put on next? How can he top Tim the Koolaid King Stoen and the plagiarism articles?

    ReplyDelete
  24. Now that IS a hard act to follow!

  25. 1/18
Why is the vertically assigned the top salaried child abuse deputy, aka yougofree, doing an adult assault case? Is it because there are no child abuse cases, or because there are no other felony deputies, or because we have to do something to justify our phoney baloney jobs, gentlemen?

    ReplyDelete
  26. Actually, you should ask why he has been seen drinking at lunch!
