It's time to rein it in

It's time to rein it in - but it may be too late.

The flames of hatred that were fanned in the Cheri Moore aftermath are threatening to turn into a fullblown wildfire.

Anonymous people posting on Heraldo's blog have taken to threatening to go after EPD Officer Terry Liles at his home.

NOTE: officer liles has a listed phone number and a listed address (though it could be fake to insulate him from reality)
maybe a protest at liles' home would be in order
after all, it was liles that brought the message of death to the washington school neighborhood
maybe the protesters should go to liles' neighborhood to bring their message.
also... the liles' neighbors should be made aware that a person with certain instabilities is in their nighborhood... a person who owns weapons and isn't afraid to use them if he' "scared".
a person who has killed two of our citizens within the last 6 months.
would YOU want to live next door to a murderer????
what if your child's ball gets thrown in to liles' yard?
what about halloween?
we don't want our kids near a child killer... do we?

YEAH! Halloween! Liles is bound to be frightened by the ghouls and monsters roaming around on Eureka streets!!!!!!!!!
Oh my God. He will be so afraid that there will be a bloodbath. can we risk that? he needs to get psychological counseling before 10/31 !!!

I suggest the Mayor use his "community" meeting to call for calm.

The guy in the phone book is NOT THE OFFICER! He has nothing to do with any of this, so leave him alone.

  3. I truly doubt Dr. Miller would endorse that, whatever else you think of him.

  4. Yo Eric, yes he would ..... it's no secret that Dr. Miller hates, and I do mean hates EPD. Remember his letters to the editor, his obsession with a coroners inquest, his contacts with a SF lawyer to sue the City and EPD. Dr. Ken inflames people to hate cops and especially EPD. I have often wondered what incident caused this hatred. I have even asked that question on the blog.

Whatever else I may think of him ? I don't think much of Mr. Miller.

  5. I don't think Ken Miller considered the possible repercussions of his belligerent drive against EPD. And I don't think he could call it back even if he tried, which I don't think he will.

  6. I hope the terorist threats to Liles father's house have been taken seriously and that IPs of the 'alleged' poster are in the hands of the FBI-this shit has got to stop and right now!

Anyone insane enough to post that kind of crap needs to be prosecuted and if Paul doesn't get off his ass and do it, the next AG needs to step in and I mean asap.
Lockyer sure has let us down.

  7. This is why a majority of officers do not put their address or phone numbers in the public directory anymore.

Criticism is not hate. Criticism is criticism. Hate is hate.
