If this guy walks or gets put in an institution for the insane this town will lose it's faith in the already iffy judicial system.. he won't plea guilty even though all evidence shows he killed and tortured Father Freed a,pillar of the community a good man
ReplyDeleteHe deserves to be shackled on the courthouse lawn for a week so the public can express their hatred for this most evil of men, then sentenced to death.
Drew Isaac, vigorously objecting. It's a whole new world.
ReplyDeleteDrew is a top notch attorney who will bring justice for the Freed family.
ReplyDeleteIt is not justice for the Freed family. I do not say this to mimize their loss. The family reached out to me when they were here for the funeral and we have kept in touch since then. They have said themselves that in many ways, the parishioners and other friends who saw Fr. Eric daily are more like his family.
DeleteWe may not be able to speak at the end of the trial but this loss is more than just about the Freed family.
I was impressed with Mr. Isaac yesterday and look forward to seeing him get justice for Fr. Eric, his family which includes all who cared about him, and knew him. Many of us who worked and saw Fr. Eric daily.
So try and be a little sensitive. This is not a case for us like it maybe to you. Stop using the comment section to rally your cause.
I am very glad to hear Andrew isaac is going to be handling this case.
