Oh, Rose, that new link Legal Insurrection is promoting Zionism as it links to a Zionist terrorist organization complaining about IRS scrutiny. Oh yes, Zionists are a terrorist organization whose agents are killing young Palestinians. My friends at Tent of Nations, a peace-activist eco-community school on a 100 acres outside of Bethlehem had 1500 olive and fruit trees mowed down last week by IDF as Israel wants that land for another racist "for Jews only" settlement construction. Just a head's up about that Zionist link.

Stephen, The Legal Insurrection blog supports Israel, as do I - and that's all the discussion on that topic that we're going to have here. You and I have argued the points before, but this is not the time or place for it. Period.
Prof. Jacobsen covers a lot of legal issues, as well. For that reason he, like the SCOTUS Blog is included here.
