Return of Cotchett

Lawsuit filed over Richardson Grove highway project

You have to be kidding.

With the usual suspects - Environmental Protection Information Center, the Center for Biological Diversity, and Californians for Alternatives to Toxics and Trisha Lotus, Jeffery Hedin, Bruce Edwards, and Loreen Eliason.

Ken Miller must have quite a file on this guy.

  1. Cotchett must have a failing practice. Let him sell his practice, his house and live up here. Oh no. He just wants to keep us fckd. What an asshat. They aren't taking out anything but scrub tan oaks. I hope kharma gets them. This is shit.

  2. A classic spurious lawsuit. The only goal: to fatten the wallets of a few lawyers and bleed the bleeding hearts who send money to EPIC etc before it gets booted out of court.
