The Predatory Litigious Orgs are at it again

Trying to stop the railroad. After killing off the Timber Industry, this is job one.

Hank has the story: Another Bite at NCRA
...Earlier today, three Humboldt County environmental organizations — the Friends of the Eel, Humboldt Baykeeper, and the Environmental Protection Information Center — sent the NCRA a letter demanding that the agency reverse its decision to mortgage land in the City of Ukiah to pay off Novato....

Naughty or Nice
and the letter...

Cap has it - and all things railroad related... NCJ: HUMBOLDT ENVIRONMENTAL GROUPS THREATEN TO SUE NCRA ABOUT BROWN ACT AND MORTGAGE OF UKIAH PROPERTY.

He asks So, why is it the Humboldt groups, and not Ukiah, etc doing it?

Damn good question!

  1. I thought they only went after people with money Rose? As much as I know, the NCRA is dead broke.

  2. give it a rest, you creeps see dollar signs in this,we'll find out when you sue, what tiresome trolls you are

  3. I guess we will see. Maybe they are doing it out of the 'goodness of their hearts.'

Or maybe, something else is up.

You know killing the rail is somehow linked in with their agenda. Every little opportunity is taken. What the reason for it is, we don't yet really know. Trails? Is that it? I mean really it?

  4. Killing Humboldt's mainstream economic support system is what it's about. Progressives want to keep Humboldt County a rural backwater so that corporate business enterprises can not exist to influence local politics against the Progressive political agenda.

Humboldt Progressives are very much influenced by Jewish activists who to a one as far as my experience goes, have about zero interest in seeing Humboldt County communities united in cooperation. It's not in the religion to overcome "us" and "them" dichotomies but to exploit them to the max so that our 2% minority political and environmental activists, e.g. Richard Salzman, Darryl Cherney, Ken Miller, Tracy Katelman, etc. can rise in political status in the community to further their power to wreck the 98% majority's economic support system. They want to kill the competition and do not want to see the local timber industry for example sway local politics, that activist policy giving us the demise of Palco and blockage of the necessary interconnecting railway system needed to keep Humboldt County economically competitive and jobs in place. You have social war going on here led by the 2% activists against the 98% majority and the 2%'ers are winning. Wake up!

  5. You guys are all nuts

  6. Sorry Pete, we see you with all your warts.

  7. Is it too far fetched to believe that these guys actually care about Humboldt Bay, and the environmental health of our area?

  8. Stephan says: "Humboldt Progressives are very much influenced by Jewish activists"

I support the rail(surprised?), but I would never want to be grouped together with you fascists.

The more you squeal, the more you sound like the swine you are. I would never throw my pearls before you.

  9. I always just assumed anyone who called themselves and environmentalist actually was one. Most are, there are however guys out there who are only in it for money an power and I for one will not simply duck step along with everyone else just because some group claims to be doing something for altruistic reasons. For instance, Baykeeper Nichols I have met and he impresses me as being a egotist who likes his pretty boat and adores the adulation of young girls. Tim McKay I knew and liked and respected. Big difference between the two of those folks and I am a big enough man to see it.

No, I say we in Humboldt should butt out of this. It is not Humboldt land. This is about where Petey thinks he can get some more money and how to keep Humboldt's economy in the dark ages relying instead upon the illicit pot industry.

  10. Oh, and Stephan, 3% remains of our Original Forests.

Us so called 2%ers are at least fighting for a worthy cause.

    ReplyDelete
  11. So you assume he's only out there for himself because he owns a boat? Your other comments sound like primetime character assassination.

I still think you're all nuts.

  12. Well, he is awfully virile! Those broad shoulders, that thick head of hair, and that sweet earnestness when he talks about saving the bay. DREAMY.

  13. Jeff. You 2%'ers also include Hurwitz and most all the board of Maxxam that was the other side of the 2% assault on Humboldt County's economy and environment. You 2%'ers also are responsible for diverting most all of local environmental activism away from the most critical eco-problem, the impact of 10,000+ people moving into fragile watersheds without any environmental education because with Cecilia Lanman at the helm of EPIC and Darryl Cherney at the helm of Earth First! and Tracy Katelman at the helm of the Trees Foundation, you 2%'ers were too busy trying to exploiting environmental conflict in order to rise in social status in the activist world--you 2%'er all wanted to play political war with fellow 2%'ers in Houston, Texas, a war which Humboldt County's environment and and the 98% Gentile economy lost. But I know this information will not register to our self-chosen, self-congratulatory 2% Minority Masters.

  14. Quick Stephen, blame the Jews, nows your chance

  15. 10:29: I really don't give a rat's ass whether you think I am nuts or anyone else is for that matter. Nichols is in love with himself which is his driving force. He doesn't have any of the integrity at all that Tim had and there are a lot of us (including his EX-wife) who have seen through him. Dismiss what you want to as a "primetime character assasination." I don't give a shit there either. You are entitled to your opinion...and so am I.

  16. Nichols ain't worth a plug nickel.

  17. Boy, you guys sure have some lame arguments against this guy. He must be up to some great things to piss you guys off so much!

  18. And why is it ok for the NCRA to break the law?

    ReplyDelete
  19. Why is Humboldt County environmental groups who are the ones doing the lawsuit? Why not a Ukiah biased group?

Good old Peter, I loved how he went on a tirade against dirty diesel locomotives, and yet uses a old diesel pickup to launch the bay keeper boat.

Oh yeah, how about how they did one sample at the outfall of the balloon track slough, and claimed they have proof that the balloon track was polluting the water with lead, etc. Except.... the sample wasn't done properly to test for lead, etc. Except that one sample can't prove a property is polluting a water way. You must take another sample upstream of the property. The waterway, actually carries water from a large area of Eureka, all the way up to Henderson Center. I actually called him a lier at one of their forums on the balloon track, when I got up to speak. You know, his only counterpoint, was it was too expensive to take another sample.

Lets take another point, the balloon track dye test. No permit was sought, to do such test. The dye is toxic, and a permit is needed to do so. Yet let an industry, or SN do anything without a permit, and they come out of the wood works screaming bloody murder.

  20. So I guess it is ok for NCRA to break the law?

    ReplyDelete
  21. Cap, why are you worried about samples from the Balloon Tract. Oh, because they might reveal some serious contamination on site. I see-

    ReplyDelete
  22. I guess you think it is ok for Pete to break the law and Lie?

What about the water board action, saying they won't put a lien on the pulp mill, but did in private, because of the need to act fast.

NCRA needs to act fast, to keep things moving.

5:44, I don't care, and certainly no worried about samples. After all you can find legally done sample results that were done on the balloon track on the web. Nice spin.

    ReplyDelete
  23. I believe he received all permits for those samples. If not, they will be quickly thrown out of court. Again, what are you worried about?

    ReplyDelete
  24. Stephen, why don't you open your heart up to love. Jesus can't do everything for you. And remember, Jesus was a Jew.

No wait, actually, there are records that prove he was Black.

Then again, there are records that prove he never existed at all.

The watershed issue is as big as any killer dinosaur that has been created by mankind. I try not to think of all of the terrible things in the world becaus it is very overwhelming. I instead focus my energies on the trees.

Good luck with that hatefully racist attitude, Stephen. I'm sure it will get you into heaven. Or prison.

  25. "I believe he received all permits for those samples. If not, they will be quickly thrown out of court. Again, what are you worried about?"

nice spin, I didn't say anything about permits and samples. I said the dye test was done without a permit, and that was in the newspapers.

My thing with the ONE sample is that it didn't prove anything as far as which property was polluting the waterway. Scientifically it is called attrition. He KNEW what the process was called, and how to do it, but DID NOT, I repeat DID NOT do it. Yet he paraded about in the papers how he had proof that the balloon track was causing the pollution of the waterway, and thus the bay. He didn't even do the sample right.

    ReplyDelete
  26. You sound worried cap. Better get back to the rails.

    ReplyDelete
  27. You must be worried when you can't debunk what I say, just spin away.

Like I said, there is not point to be worried on samples on the balloon track, it is on the web. Are any of the baykeeper samples on the web for easy purview? If not, why not? It isn't my job, it isn't my property, no worries. Just keep to your own world, they know you there. Spin away.

    ReplyDelete
  28. So its ok for the NCRA to break the law because they "need to act fast"? They had plenty of time to follow the law.

    ReplyDelete
  29. You have a link for the Baykeeper samples Capdimont?

    ReplyDelete
  30. There doesn't seem to be any samples submitted at a glance from the Baykeepers in relation to the Marina Center, on CA's GIS toxic viewer. Why is that?

Did a post for you to easily browse the area and samples
