It is not correct to say, "The science is not in dispute."

...as the late Michael Crichton used to say, "If it's consensus, it isn't science: if it's science, it isn't consensus."...
Obama on the 'urgency' of combating 'global warming'

You wanted scientific proof of Global Warming...

Step 1: become scientifically literate so you can comprehend the massive evidence that's right in front of you.

  2. Sorry 7:44 AM There's about as much "science" on that site as in a Grimm's fairy tale or in Jim Hansen's recipe for Kool Aid.

  3. Here again is the hard science:

  4. Ditto for 8:45 AM. Why not try some real science and learn how to link? It's not rocket science.

  5. Heretic,
Did you even read the proof you offer beyond the headline? The Arctic deep sea got colder, so, what does that mean? They don't know:
"As the oceanic changes only become visible after several years and also differ spatially, the data achieved during the Polarstern expeditions are not sufficient to discern long-term developments."

And what the heck is Jim Hansen's recipe for Kool Aid? If you're talking about Jim Jones (and I'm sure Rose will confirm this) no one at Jonestown drank Kool Aid. It was Flavor Aid. Try to get your names and facts straight.

  6. True enough
, it's hard to get consensus in science.

  7. M'kay boys, put y'er money where your mouth is - invest in air conditioners, refrigeration units and lines of bikinis, and maybe sunscreen...

And clap your hands if you BELIEVE!

  9. Bob: "...They don't know".

Congratulations. We're proud of you. You finally get it. Unlike the warmistas, real scientists don't KNOW!

  10. Heretic:

The entire Scientific community at Harvard, Stanford and every other major university is on its knees BEGGING you to deal with Global Warming. The danger signs are flashing red.

This is not a time to dredge up a couple of publicity hungry cranks as "proof" of a big conspiracy.

  11. How many people... know that James Hansen, a man billed as a lonely “NASA whistleblower” standing up to the mighty U.S. government, was really funded by Soros’ Open Society Institute , which gave him “legal and media advice”?"

That’s right, Hansen was packaged for the media by Soros’ flagship “philanthropy,” by as much as $720,000, most likely under the OSI’s “politicization of science” program.

    Source

Hansen and his defenders trot out the old trope "Exxon funded Swift boating" but conveniently neglect to mention that his main sponsor is that entity that not only prints "money", and runs multi trillion dollar deficits but will come after you with guns for failing to pay your "fair share" of protection money on time.

Now I know who'se been making those recorded phone calls. Guess I'll have to hear them out before hanging up.
