When will he make a decision?

"WHY IS IT that the District Attorney (Paul Gallegos) has yet to announce his decision on the Moore shooting? It's been 14 months! The EPD officers involved have a right to know as the DA hinted at prosecution. Is the DA intentionally attempting to impose some kind of emotional distress? To punish the officers, or EPD in general? The public has a right to know. Why is the DA sitting on this issue? Does he think it will go away?" (from anon 6:24, and many others),

Coincidentally, this article shows up on the Times Standard's Most Viewed list: Silence deafening as shooting anniversary nears

  1. Gives you some idea how long you will have to wait for the "investigatory" CAST data he's stonewalling on. Unless the law gives you the ability to sue or something.

  4. Perhaps he's saving it for his next election, or whenever he needs a distraction from some other fiasco. He's losing the Palco case, he's losing other cases, he can no longer blame "sabotage" by disloyal deputies, so it's good to have a lady ready to jump out of a cake.

  6. I understand the people of Durham North Carolina may be looking for a new DA. I'm sure Paul could top the Duke case!

  7. Gallegos would come highly recommended! Why - none other than the State Attorney General Bill Lockyer siad he was one of the finest DA's in the state!
